Downstairs is open plan, playful and packed with colour. Patterns, fabrics and textures mix beautifully to create a space that’s warm, fun and totally unique. A wood-burning stove and leather chesterfields bring a touch of classic style – ideal for long chats and lazy nights in.

The kitchen is spacious and sociable, with a large eco electric range and everything you need to cook up a feast. Step out onto the raised deck for open-air dining with views across the fields. There’s space for eight around the lime green table – and yes, there’s a pizza oven and hot tub too.

Grab a drink, listen to the sheep in the nearby fields, and soak in the peace.

There are four bedrooms in total – one ensuite downstairs with a king-size bed, and upstairs you'll find two more kings and a twin room. All are a riot of colour, each one different. With Hypnos mattresses, soft cotton bedding and fun lighting, you’re in for a great night’s sleep.

The ensuite bathroom is a showstopper, with a copper roll-top bath and a vintage high-cistern loo in vibrant orange. There’s a separate family shower room upstairs and another loo in the utility room.

Outside, you’re on a working farm known for its strawberries, barley and sheep. In lambing season, you can even visit the sheds and see the maternity pens in action – a lovely extra touch for springtime stays.

Looking to explore? You’re in the heart of whisky country – follow the Malt Whisky Trail and tour some of Speyside’s most famous distilleries. Head to the Moray Firth for surfing or take to the hills – Bennachie is just half an hour away.
