This whitewashed cottage is full of charm, with wooden balconies, modern comforts and views that stop you in your tracks. It’s well-equipped too, so you can settle in and just enjoy the moment.

Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen and sitting room are made for soaking up the view. The oak kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal, and the loch outside makes the best kitchen window you’ll ever find.

There’s a separate dining room with big patio doors and a view straight onto the deck and the water beyond. On sunny days, eat outside. On wild, windy nights, stay warm inside and watch the weather do its thing.

Each of the three bedrooms has patio doors that open to private outdoor space with stunning views over the loch. The two main bedrooms come with outdoor seating – perfect for breakfast with the birds. All the beds are super comfy, with thick, cosy bedding. One master also has a wood-burner for that extra touch of romance.

Skye Fall is right on the Great Glen Way, so walking trails are just outside the door. Fishing on the loch is a favourite too. But honestly, no one would blame you for just relaxing on the deck, watching the boats go by.

When you're ready to eat out, there’s a lovely local spot just a short walk away – The Lochside Brasserie. Or head to The Old Station in Spean Bridge for Scottish meats and fresh Lochaber fish, served in a former railway station.
