Perched at 675 feet above sea level within mature woodland, The Sheiling at Outfield Farm offers an alpine-inspired retreat in the heart of Perthshire. Its distinctive red roof and mirrored bathroom structure blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape, creating a harmonious sanctuary. The larch-clad cabin provides panoramic views over the treetops, extending to the River Tay in the distance.

Inside, the cabin exudes warmth and comfort, reminiscent of a mountain chalet. Enormous sheepskin armchairs invite relaxation by the expansive corner windows, perfect for observing local wildlife such as buzzards, pheasants, red squirrels, and roe deer. The open-plan space features a wood-burning stove, a well-equipped kitchen with a gas oven and hobs, and a king-size bed adorned with French linen bedding. Adjacent to the cabin, the private mirrored bathroom offers a gas-heated shower and flushing toilet, combining rustic charm with modern convenience.

Stepping onto the deck, guests can indulge in the private wood-fired bath tub while soaking in the serene woodland surroundings. The Sheiling encourages a digital detox, with no Wi-Fi and limited phone signal, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in nature. For those seeking additional activities, Outfield Farm offers woodland trails with viewing platforms, a wellness studio, wood-fired sauna, tennis court, and games room, ensuring a rejuvenating escape from the everyday.
